这部不算纳粹系列（可能因为翻译者的问题），只能说倾向非人性质的灭绝恐怖，年轻女记者为调查一家精神疗养院的内幕故意伪装成精神病患者，后来帮她进去的老教授被疗养院的黑势力害死了，再后来女记者身份曝光受到了残酷虐待最终变成精神病人，结局就是为了报仇疗养院的患者们团结起来咬死了女院长，Ilsa, now a vicious warden, runs a mental-hospital for young women. A girl deliberately "checks" in to the hospital to find out what has happened to her sister who stayed there. Meanwhile Ilsa and one of the guards are forcing the inmates to have sex with male prisoners, filming them and selling it as pornoflicks.
